I Start:

Currently i think its Shanks. Or maybe Kizaru (shooting lasers with finger causing explosions wtf??)

Maybe Enel will come back soon and kick ass.

Most of the time it's the protagonist, and also Luffy is awesome! Perserverance, he risks his life all the time for his brother and friends. Monkey D. Luffy is the strongest character in my opinion.

So ahrd to judge peoples strength because of all the factors, compatable DF, Haki, Logia ect.
Probs the overall strongest was Shanks or an Admiral tho....
